DURATION OF STAY
There is a minimum stay in our apartments of 5 nights.
LOW AND HIGH SEASON
There is no price difference between low and high season. The rental prices are all-year round.
The prices include the usage of gas, Wi-Fi, clean towels and kitchen towels every second day, weekly change of bed linen and cleaning of the apartment, use of a local (prepaid) mobile phone and usage of the washing machine.
The prices exclude tourist tax (7%), use of electricity, water and final cleaning of USD 50.00 per apartment (USD 30.00 for the guestroom) (see facilities), based on two adults;

ELECTRICITY AND WATER
The costs for using electricity and water are settled at the end of the rental period through your deposit sum.
The water on Curacao is of great quality and can be drunk straight from the tap. The water is extracted through a special distillation process from the seawater by Aqualectra.
Normal usage of electricity and water will result in about USD 7 per day per apartment or guest room.
Normal usage means for example that the air conditioning while sleeping is set to a temperature of about 80° Fahrenheit (26°-27° Celsius).
Returning guests will get a 10% discount on the rent of the apartment from the second and subsequent visits, regardless of the length of stay.
If during your stay you accidentally damage the inventory or an apartment/guest room, we will try to settle this through your deposit. Also the costs for usage of water and electricity and the final cleaning will be settled through the deposit. We will ask for a deposit of USD 300.00 for each apartment, and USD 200.00 for the guestroom. When you will be staying more than three weeks, we will ask for a higher deposit, in proportion to the duration of your stay.
After departure, your rented rooms will be inspected and we will give you a detailed bill. At the same time we will give you back the deposit in cash after deduction of the costs you made.

After we receive your request or reservation, we will lock the period of your stay. You will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours.
Should your preferred period, or part of it, have already been booked, we will let you know within 24 hours and offer you an alternative date, if possible.
When we have reached an agreement on the rental period, we will send you a booking confirmation which locks down your rental period.
Together with the booking confirmation, we will send you the invoice for your reservation.
The invoice must be paid on our bank account within 3 weeks after receiving the invoice. On the invoice you will find all the details about the payment.
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellation will cost 20% of the total rental rental price.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged 100% of the total rental price. Tax and deposit will refund back to your own account.
